Vinoda is behind Pravaha’s strategy and vision. Her passion for exploring new horizons, and her dedication to the cause of highly able children are integral to making Pravaha what it is. She has over 16 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale IT solutions for clients in the US and Europe. She is a Computer Science Engineer from NIT Warangal (erstwhile REC Warangal). Reading and her family are an integral part of her time away from work.

Sujit handles all operations for Pravaha. He loves spending time with children and faculty as part of his job in planning and executing all of Pravaha’s programs on the ground. He has spent over 25 years in the corporate world, where he has managed financial planning, analysis, and integration and transformation. He has a Masters in Financial Management. Family is at the core of his life. Apart from this he loves music and is a singer at home.

Mahesh is Pravaha’s Chief Nerd and Project Ninja. He pitches in on Pravaha’s initiatives, across branding, research, and program planning and execution. He has over 30 years of experience across consulting, banking, marketing, and sales. He has an MBA in Finance and Strategy. When he is not at work, he can be found lost in his own world of learning new things daily, on subjects ranging from music to mathematics, and physics to philosophy.
